When we finally determined that my particular issue was hardware related (my initial thought before even buying the software), the person helping me, " Echo Z", went ahead and cancelled the auto-renewal and then issued a full refund via PayPal. It was helpful and productive in narrowing in on the source of my issue. Recognizing a time zone difference, I sent a request for assistance with my issue and in less than 12 hours I received the first response. My experience does not at all align with the reviews of others. I can only assume by the date of the previous answers that iMyfone has undergone some changes to their customer support. It's backup feature(free of charge) is pretty good that we can look all the images and videos that we have on the device in line, was pretty bumpy for a few days that it didn't restore at first((Restore function isn't free) but the technician Tony helped figure out which file caused the issue and once the extra step was done all my files from the time I backed up before was restored(within 4 work days)! Definitely worth the 1 month membership :D definitely Recommend!īy the way, when you buy a 1 month plan you may be subscribed for continuous charges, just make sure you cancel your subscription before the times up and there won't be any unnecessary charges(seems like a recurring topic when I was reading reviews myself.) Luckily I found this software! It worked like a charm! They use a different operating system.(iphone to samsung)

4 stars for a good effort and good support followed by acknowledgement that I was all out of options.I asked around my local retailers and phone providers and as soon as anyone hears iOS to Android they immediately said: no way, can't transfer the history. The software seemed legit and probably works on my newer phone some pikey is walking around with in the midlands, UK.
It was obvious my phone wasn't allowing the technique to work. Customer support was great and once I explained I had done everything the instructions had explained, they gave me a full refund which was very kind of them as I was still well inside their 30 days of trying support.

I take it the software APK would take that Google account and write it into the FRP lock memory, but the phone was just not supported. I could see it working on the video instructions but my old phone just wouldn't add a Google account. After many hours and days of trying to get it to work, it kept failing at the "add Google Account" part. I found FRP unlock software from and thought it was worth a go, despite being an old android 5 phone. Upon charging I found the bleeding thing was locked at the google login screen and there was no way to change it to a new password. I found my old phone from 5 years ago and ordered a free replacement sim card. Okay, so some scabby git stole my phone with half the 36month contract on it so I'm completely effd to buy a new one. Seemed totally legit to me, full refund, software nearly worked but my phone is too ancient/unsupported.
